The detained individual removed four wheels from a car parked near a building and hid them in a neighboring yard. However, he didn't have the chance to retrieve them before being apprehended by law enforcement.

On December 5, a woman approached the police and reported a theft in the Central District. In the evening, the victim parked her car near her home, and in the morning, she found her vehicle on bricks and without wheels.
As a result of the investigation, the police apprehended the criminal. He turned out to be a 35-year-old man with a criminal record for property crimes.
On December 6, the offender was notified of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
