This was reported by the press service of the Patrol Police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to law enforcement officials, the most common targets for recruitment attempts are teenagers who are actively seeking jobs and posting relevant advertisements. Russian special services reach out to them (most often via Telegram) and offer attractive “payments” for, in essence, betraying Ukraine.
To protect children from enemy propaganda, law enforcement suggests the following:
monitor the child's circle of acquaintances (especially online);
keep an eye on suspicious “outings”;
ensure that children do not violate the established curfew;
discuss the dangers posed by Russian proposals with children;
report any attempts at recruitment to the police.
