Court order executed: Cigarettes seized from illegal circulation have been handed over for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Zaporizhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, counterfeit tobacco products worth over 100,000 UAH were seized during their transportation through the Khortytsia district of the city in a criminal proceeding regarding the illegal circulation of excise goods (Part 1 of Article 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The Prosecutor's Office filed a motion with the court for the application of special confiscation of the illegal excise products and their transfer to the defenders of the country. The court agreed with the prosecutors' arguments and made the corresponding decision.
