The police officers from the department No. 3 of the Kryvyi Rih District Police documented the violation on November 26 in the Pokrovsk district.
The counterfeit document was seized by the police and sent for forensic examination.
On December 16, investigators informed the offender of the suspicion under part 1, 4 of Article 358 (forgery of documents, seals, stamps, and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
