According to the investigation, the suspect offered a conscripted man to create documents indicating a fictitious illness and unfitness for military service, as well as to influence the officials of the local Military Recruitment Center to remove the man from military registration. Meanwhile, the doctor provided the patient with advice and instructions regarding further medical examinations.
The cost of the "service" was estimated at 5,000 US dollars. Law enforcement recorded the transfer of the agreed amount.
During authorized searches at the suspect's residence and workplace, money, documentation, and a vehicle were seized.
The suspect is currently under preventive detention.
