Following the extensive Russian shelling, stabilization power outages have been implemented in Ukraine. On Monday, November 17, these outages will affect most of the country, including Odessa, throughout the day in two shifts.

Gradually, electricity is being restored in the city. Group 4 has been partially reconnected. For subscribers in groups 1-4-6, DTEK plans to restore power by approximately 12:00. For groups 2-3-5, according to preliminary information, electricity is expected to return by 16:00.
As reported by "Telegraph," on November 18, public electric transport in Odessa is not operational. In its place, the city authorities have launched four large buses received from international partners.
