The 1100th day of the war with Russia continues. Over the past day, on February 26, the Russian army has made advances in populated areas of the Donetsk region.

This is reported by analysts at DeepState. The Russians have progressed near Burliatske and Andriivka.

The village of Burliatske in the Donetsk region, where the Russian Armed Forces have had successes, is located not far from the settlement Novoocheretovate, which analysts reported on in yesterday's summary, February 26. Corresponding changes in enemy advancement in this direction can be seen on the interactive online map of the DeepState project.

What the General Staff is saying

In the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the evening of February 26, it was reported that there had been 98 combat clashes since the beginning of the previous day. The report states that in the Novopavlivsk direction, our defenders repelled 17 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Konstantynivka, Razdolne, Shevchenkove, and Burliatske.

Additionally, the enemy attempted to breach our defenses in the Toretsk direction nine times in the areas of Toretsk and Krymske.

The enemy is intensively attacking Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction. Throughout the day, the aggressor carried out 33 assault and offensive actions. The highest activity of the Russian occupiers was observed in the areas of the settlements of Tarasivka, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Luch, Leontovychy, Kotlyno, Udadchne, Nadiivka, and Uspenivka.

"According to preliminary estimates for today, Ukrainian warriors in this direction have neutralized 321 occupiers, 153 of whom are permanently out of action. Our defenders also destroyed 13 units of automotive equipment, two guns, and three motorcycles, in addition to significantly damaging a tank and nine units of the invaders' vehicles," the General Staff reports.

Eighteen combat clashes occurred in the Kursk direction. Throughout the day, the enemy conducted 415 artillery shellings, including 35 from multiple launch rocket systems, carried out 11 airstrikes, dropping 13 guided bombs.

Earlier, "Telegraph" reported that explosions in Russia and occupied Crimea were heard on the night of Wednesday, February 26. In particular, the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation and Sevastopol were under attack.
