On Monday, January 13, in Kyiv, a drunk driver crashed into a kiosk on Rusanova Street. Fortunately, there were no injuries resulting from the accident.

This was reported to "Telegraph" by Anna Kurilo, a representative of the police in the Dnipro District of Kyiv. According to her, upon the arrival of the ambulance, the driver refused hospitalization.

Patrol police are currently working at the scene, and protocols have been drawn up against the driver of the vehicle. Thankfully, there are no injuries from the accident.

Local Telegram channels shared photos showing the driver crashing into the kiosk. In the published images, it is clear that the car is inside the kiosk in the first photo.

Protocols have been prepared under Article 125 (Article 125 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Other violations of traffic rules). Additionally, protocols have been drawn up under Article 130 (Driving vehicles or vessels by individuals in a state of alcohol, drug, or other intoxication, or under the influence of medications that impair attention and reaction speed). The penalty under this article may include a fine of 17,000 hryvnias along with a suspension of driving rights for a period of up to 1 year, lawyers state.
