Top priority for military conscription: which Ukrainians may be mobilized first in February 2025.

The general mobilization continues in Ukraine. This means that many citizens will continue to receive summonses from the TCC in February, just as before.

"Telegraph" reports on who will be prioritized for mobilization in February. It is important to note that the military leadership of the country has repeatedly stated that, above all, the army needs individuals with combat experience for reinforcement.

In addition, there are several specialists in high demand among the military. Such individuals likely have a better chance of receiving a summons first.

As previously stated by MOE representative Dmitry Lazutkin, the army is most in need of:

• UAV operators;
• IT specialists;
• drivers;
• shooters;
• scouts.

We remind you that we previously reported that Ukraine has introduced electronic referrals for military medical commissions. Now there will be no need to stand in line at the TCC to obtain the necessary document.

Additionally, "Telegraph" previously reported on who among the conscripted men will receive deferment from mobilization starting January 1. In particular, students are included in this list.
