In Odessa, a mother of three brutally assaulted her partner's ex-girlfriend, breaking a bone in her wrist.
This became known from the public registry of court decisions. The incident took place on the evening of September 9, 2024, with the court hearing occurring on January 9. The attacker and the victim were acquainted and had experienced conflicts prior to this incident.
That evening, the woman went to the home of her partner's ex, which led to another argument. During the dispute, she claimed she lost control, knocked the apartment owner to the floor, and began to strike her with fists and feet. As a result, the victim sustained a broken wrist bone, abrasions, bruises, and hemorrhaging.
In court, the attacker admitted her guilt, expressed regret, and sincerely repented for her actions. The court took her remorse into consideration as a mitigating circumstance. It was also noted that she has three minor children. The court sentenced her to 1 year of imprisonment but suspended the sentence for a probation period of 1 year.
