Diversifying investments? Which candidates will Akhmetov back in the parliamentary elections?

For a long time, discussions have been ongoing in Ukraine about whether we will see a military party in the elections for the Verkhovna Rada. However, due to the uncertainty surrounding these elections, there is no clear answer on whether soldiers at the front will be able to vote, and how a campaign could be conducted if demobilization does not occur beforehand.

According to information obtained by "Telegraph", Ukrainian political analysts predict that there will not be a separate party. It is evident that each political force will strive to invite military personnel and volunteers into their ranks as much as possible. In this context, the wealthiest person in Ukraine — Rinat Akhmetov — will play a significant role.

Their unification may be most effectively led by either the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhny, or the volunteers Serhiy Prytula and Serhiy Sternenko. Both forces could become competitors to the fifth president (2014-2019) Petro Poroshenko.

Taking the lead among his colleagues is Hennadiy Druzenko, head of the First Volunteer Mobile Hospital named after Pirogov. Billboards featuring his face have already flooded the capital. He has publicly announced that he is entering politics. However, he faced backlash from the active Facebook community for his statement that the greatest threat lies "in Kyiv, not in Moscow."

Among the military, political ambitions are also held by representatives of the Separate Third Assault Brigade under the command of Andriy Biletsky. The brigade commander has been giving interviews more frequently, where he communicates the challenges at the front and the complex issue of mobilization in a measured manner.

As reported by "Telegraph," businessman Rinat Akhmetov is in contact with them. However, the billionaire has not yet decided whether he is willing to finance a military party.

It is worth noting that we previously reported that Rinat Akhmetov is financially supporting the campaign of the "former" politicians — Arsen Avakov, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Volodymyr Groysman, and the political force of Dmytro Razumkov, although this is denied by those close to the former speaker.
