This is evidenced by data from prozorro.gov.ua. The customer is the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Construction of the Lozova City Council in the Kharkiv region.
The procurement item is the services for the maintenance of roads and public places within the Lozova city territorial community, specifically street cleaning and sweeping.
The contract states that 7,100,000.00 UAH will be spent by the community by December 31, 2025, to maintain the city's cleanliness. This means that the cost of street sweeping per month is over 583 thousand UAH.
The document indicates that the contractor must provide their services of high quality, and the community administration will timely pay for the service from state budget funds. It is clearly stated in the contract that these services strictly pertain to street cleaning, not repairs.
