The Supreme Court has published a digest of judicial practice from the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court. The decisions have been entered into the Unified State Register of Court Decisions for December 2024.

The digest contains legal conclusions from the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, specifically regarding:

▪️ the starting point for calculating the six-month period stipulated in part 2 of Article 46 of the Civil Code of Ukraine for declaring an individual deceased;

▪️ the qualification of a notarized real estate sales contract that was not signed by the seller as unexecuted and the appropriate means of protecting the seller's rights;

▪️ the differentiation of cases for terminating a land lease agreement based on paragraph "d" of part 1 of Article 141 of the Land Code of Ukraine and part 2 of Article 651 of the Civil Code of Ukraine;

▪️ the compensation of expenses incurred by a state/private executor related to the consideration of a complaint about their actions without examination;
