The Supreme Court has released a review of the judicial practice of the Supreme Court's Business Panel for October.

The digest includes legal conclusions from the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court regarding cases examined due to the existence of an exceptional legal issue, as well as cases that were reviewed to justify a departure from the conclusions presented in previously issued Supreme Court rulings.

The Supreme Court has published a digest of the judicial practice of the Supreme Court for October 2024. The decisions were entered into the Unified State Register of Court Decisions in October 2024.

The digest contains legal conclusions from the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, particularly regarding:

- the powers of the prosecutor to appeal to the court in the interests of the state represented by a state enterprise until July 15, 2015;

- the procedure for creditors of the deceased to present claims to the heirs in accordance with Article 1281 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, if the debtor died during the court proceedings;

- proper signing of a procedural document by an individual;

- the method of protecting the violated rights of the landowner on which temporary structures not related to real estate are located;

- the jurisdiction of disputes regarding the appeal of the state executor's decision on the determination of the amount of additional expenses;

- the interpretation of the term "person not notified of the case hearing" when deciding on the issue of extending the deadline for appeal (paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 358 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine);

- the application of a condictional claim to items defined by both individual and generic characteristics, as well as subsidiarily when the court makes a decision on vindication.
