This was stated by the government’s representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, on Telegram.
"Amendments have been made to the Procedure for the use of firearms by civilians in the context of resisting and deterring armed aggression from the Russian Federation and/or other states against Ukraine during the martial law period.
