On Friday, February 28, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the United States, where a series of meetings are scheduled. First, the Head of State will meet with senators, after which he will head to a meeting with the President of the United States Donald Trump. This was reported by the Office of the President of Ukraine to European Pravda.

The visit's agenda will begin with a morning meeting between Zelensky and U.S. senators.

Later, Zelensky will go to the White House for a meeting with President Donald Trump, which is set to start around 11:00 AM Washington time (6:00 PM Kyiv time) in the Oval Office. Brief statements for the media are planned before the meeting.

At 1:00 PM Washington time (8:00 PM Kyiv time), statements from both presidents for the media and a joint press conference are scheduled.

Before this, a signing ceremony for a minerals agreement – a Bilateral Agreement on establishing rules and conditions for the investment fund for recovery – will take place.

Afterward, Volodymyr Zelensky will visit the Hudson Institute, and in the evening, he will meet with representatives of the Ukrainian community at the Ukrainian House.

Earlier, it was reported that Donald Trump anticipates the signing of the minerals agreement on February 28.
