The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, Yekaterina Chernogorenko, stated that men aged 16-25 are automatically registered under an experimental project, and there is no need for them to visit the TCC or undergo a medical examination. She shared this information in an interview with the DOU portal.
According to her, the decree 932 "Oberih" has started to include data on men aged 16-60. Previously, the registry lacked information about those who had never registered for military service or visited the TCC. However, changes have occurred.
A data exchange has been established between the "Oberih" registry, the Unified Demographic Registry, and the State Migration Service system.
When asked why the project is labeled as "experimental," Yekaterina Chernogorenko clarified that this format allows for the regulation of processes that are insufficiently addressed by legislation.
Earlier, we reported that the registry of conscripts "Oberih" will automatically include data on those who have never visited the TCC.
The corresponding changes were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' decree dated August 16, 2024, No. 932, in the form of a Procedure for implementing the experimental project. The objectives of these changes were previously detailed by "Judicial and Legal Gazette."
