On the morning of November 11, a large-scale air alert was declared in the Air Forces. Subsequently, DTEK reported on preventive emergency power outages implemented under the directive of Ukrenergo.
As noted by the Kyiv City Military Administration, around three o'clock in the morning, the enemy launched approximately a dozen Tu-95MS strategic bombers into the air. Following that, the MiG-31K missile carriers took off.
“The morning air alert was directly linked to these threats. Fortunately, launches of strategic aviation missiles were not confirmed. Meanwhile, during the night, an air alert lasted for four and a half hours in Kyiv due to an attack by strike UAVs of the armed forces of the Russian Federation,” the KGVU reported.
