In Ukraine, the conditions for obtaining a mortgage for young people under the age of 26 have been eased as part of the state program "eOselya." Thanks to this innovation, young Ukrainians can now join the program by making a down payment of only 10% of the total housing cost, instead of the previous 20%.

Since the launch of "eOselya," youth have received 1115 loans at reduced rates, but it is expected that making the down payment more accessible will attract more Ukrainians to the program.
Applications for a mortgage under the new conditions can be submitted via the "Diia" app, making the process as convenient and quick as possible. To do this, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- Select the "eOselya" service in the "Services" section of "Diia."
- Fill out the online application and choose one of the authorized banks.
- Sign the documents using "Diia.Pidpis."
You can receive a response from the bank through the app, after which you can start the mortgage application process.
