The press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region reported this.

Law enforcement officers conducted a court-sanctioned search in the suspect's apartment, during which they discovered smoking devices and a narcotic substance – cannabis. The seized items have been sent for examination.

Based on the results of the examinations, the suspect has been informed of charges related to criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 309 and Part 1 of Article 317 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
