Due to the challenging situation in Ukraine's energy system, caused by Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, the Cabinet has set a unified fixed electricity tariff for all consumers starting from June 1, 2024 - 4.32 UAH/kWh. This tariff will be in effect until April 30, 2025, after which changes may occur based on the Government's decisions.
The fixed price applies to the following categories of consumers:
For houses with electric heating, the tariff was determined to be too high, so it was adjusted for the winter. The following conditions will apply until April 30, 2025:
Consumers living in homes without gas supply, centralized, or autonomous heating can benefit from this tariff after a specific bureaucratic procedure. They need to contact the district or regional council to obtain the necessary conclusion. Once the documentation is confirmed, it is sent to the distribution system operator and then to the electricity supplier.
Meter owners who switch to a different tariff depending on the time of day can save money. For consumers with dual-zone meters, the following coefficients remain in effect:
