The USA and Russia are holding their second meeting in a month. This time, representatives from both countries have gathered in Istanbul. It is reported that they will discuss the "normalization of embassy operations" between the two nations. This has been reported by various sources.

It is noted that the negotiations will be closed to the press. The composition of the delegations has not been disclosed.

Let us remind you that during the first meeting on February 18 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), the parties discussed, among other things, Ukraine.
