Shooting in the street: police in Kryvyi Rih apprehended a 38-year-old suspect.

The crime occurred on February 2 on one of the streets in the Saksahan district. According to investigators from Police Station No. 4 of the Kryvyi Rih District Police Department, the assailant shot a 26-year-old man with a modified firearm. Law enforcement conducted investigative actions at the suspect's residence, during which they seized the weapon along with over 100 rounds of ammunition of various calibers.

The starting weapon, showing signs of modification, has been sent by the police for expert examination.

The man was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. On February 3, he was informed of the suspicion under Part 1 of Article 121 (intentional serious bodily harm). A pre-trial investigation is also underway under Part 1 of Article 263 (illegal handling of weapons, military supplies, or explosive substances).
