The leaders of the G20 countries support all constructive initiatives aimed at establishing a fair and lasting peace in Ukraine. This is stated in the declaration following the summit of the leaders of the "Group of Twenty."
"In particular, regarding the war in Ukraine, reflecting on our discussions in New Delhi, we acknowledge the human suffering and negative spillover effects of the war on global food and energy security, supply chains, macro-financial stability, inflation, and growth. We welcome all relevant and constructive initiatives that promote a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace, upholding all goals and principles of the UN Charter to foster peaceful, friendly, and good-neighborly relations among nations," the declaration stated.
We remind you that the meeting of the leaders of the "Group of Twenty" is taking place in Rio de Janeiro on November 18-19.
