Next week, debtors in Dnipro will face water disconnections. From November 11 to 15, teams from the municipal enterprise "Dniprovodokanal" will carry out mass water supply disconnections for subscribers in the private sector of the Sobornyi district of the city.

The disconnections will affect those who have accrued significant debts for water consumption. The total amount of debt has already reached nearly half a million hryvnias – specifically, 473,388.94 UAH – writes the press service of the enterprise.

"Dniprovodokanal" urges residents to urgently resolve their issues to avoid inconveniences, as the water disconnection may significantly complicate daily life and create serious discomfort.

Debtors are offered several ways to settle their debts:

  1. Pay off the existing debt by settling all accumulated bills.
  2. If a one-time payment of the entire amount is difficult, a debt restructuring agreement can be made. This will allow for gradual payments, easing the financial burden. To do this, one should contact local subscriber services or the service centers of LLC "ERC KP". The official website of "Dniprovodokanal" has a section "Contacts" where all necessary information, including phone numbers and addresses of these offices, can be found.

"Dniprovodokanal" reminds residents that timely payment for services will help avoid similar situations in the future and maintain stable water supply.
