Russia has devised a plan to "divide Ukraine into three parts" — details inside.

The so-called “peace” plan proposed by Putin for Ukraine envisions dividing the country “into three parts” while maintaining occupation. This scenario is outlined in a secret document from the Russian Ministry of Defense. This is reported by Bild.

It is noted that Putin intends to present his idea for the division of Ukraine to Donald Trump.

The Kremlin is allegedly prepared to discuss a ceasefire. Putin's condition is that Russia must retain “significant territories of Ukraine,” while Ukraine must “abandon plans to join NATO.”

According to the secret document, the Kremlin aims to divide Ukraine “into three parts.” The entire eastern region of the country (Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson oblasts), as well as Crimea, are to “be transferred to Russia.”

The second major part of the country (including the regions of Kyiv, Sumy, and Odesa) is planned to be transformed into a “pro-Russian state entity.”

The governing structures in this area will be staffed with pro-Russian personnel, and “Russian troops will be stationed there for control.”

The remaining part in western Ukraine is referred to in the document as “disputed territories.” The fate of these areas is expected to be determined through negotiations between Russia and neighboring countries—Hungary, Poland, and Romania.

The secret document also outlines four scenarios for the development of global events in the coming years.

The first two scenarios are described as “Formation of a Multipolar World and Division of Spheres of Influence by Major Actors” (major powers dividing spheres of influence among themselves) and “Regionalization/Chaos” (the international order is weakened). In both scenarios, Russia allegedly “defeats Ukraine,” and the global situation becomes “acceptable” for Moscow.

If the war is frozen or Russia loses it, two other scenarios are possible: “Dominance of the USA and the West” and “China Gaining Status as a Leading World Power.”
