Came to update your information? Here’s a summons for the military medical commission: find out who the changes apply to.

The procedure for directing men to the military medical commission (VMC) in Ukraine has changed. Now, those liable for military service can receive a referral for a medical examination if they visit the TCC to update their information.

These changes were made to Resolution No. 560 "On the Approval of the Procedure for the Drafting of Citizens for Military Service During Mobilization for a Special Period" by the Cabinet of Ministers. This is reported by writes "Judicial and Legal Newspaper".

Therefore, citizens who come to update their information at the TCC can immediately receive a referral for the VMC if they have not undergone it for a long time. Previously, this process required an individual to attend a medical examination after receiving a separate summons that specified the reason for their call to the TCC.

At the same time, according to the amendments, electronic referrals for the VMC will now be sent to "Reserve+". However, if desired, the liable person can have the electronic summons printed on paper at the TCC.

In addition to these changes, those liable for military service whose deferral period has not expired will not be directed to the VMC. However, there are exceptions when those liable for military service are accepted for contract military service or have voluntarily expressed a desire to undergo a medical examination.

As a reminder, earlier "Telegraph" reported on how long the deferral from mobilization will last in 2025. Some individuals will receive it until the end of the war.
