The ambassadors of the G7 countries have responded to the situation surrounding the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA).

It is important to note that Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov reported that the contract with the head of the DPA, Marina Bezrukova, will not be extended, and Dmitry Klimenkov will be dismissed from his position as deputy.

In a statement, G7 diplomats expressed their recommendation to "quickly resolve the situation at the DPA and focus on continuing defense procurements."

“Adherence to the principles of good governance and NATO recommendations is crucial for maintaining public and international partners' trust,” emphasized the G7 ambassadors.

Additionally, the state enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" declared that it will operate as usual, despite Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov's decision not to extend the contract with Marina Bezrukova.
