The concerned administrator of the OKKO gas station reported a man who was behaving aggressively and making threats of physical harm.

The security police detained a 40-year-old citizen, L, and brought him to the police station for further investigation of the circumstances.

When it comes to threats of physical harm, such actions may be classified under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (minor hooliganism).
