Threatening a neighbor with a weapon, a suspect has been apprehended by law enforcement in Zaporizhzhia.
On February 17, a 42-year-old resident of the Dnipro district reported to the police that he had confronted his neighbor about noise disturbances in the hallway. In response, the 56-year-old local reacted aggressively and pointed a weapon at him, threatening to kill him.

The press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Zaporizhzhia region reported this.
Police conducted a search of the apartment of a 56-year-old suspect and found a hunting rifle, a knife, three grenade bodies with fuses, and over 230 rounds of ammunition of various calibers.
The owner of the illegal weapons and ammunition has been detained. He has now been informed of the suspicion of committing crimes under part 1 of Article 129 (Threat of murder) and part 1 of Article 263 (Illegal handling of weapons, military ammunition, or explosive substances) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The most severe penalty for the charged articles can reach up to 7 years in prison.
