This is reported by “Reporter” citing “Informator”.

It is known that prosecutor Kuchin previously held prosecutorial and investigative positions in the Crimean prosecutor's office. In 2014, he agreed to work for the Russian Federation following the annexation of the peninsula. In 2023, for his activities in favor of the enemy, he was appointed “First Deputy Head of the Krasnogvardeysky District of the Republic of Crimea.”

According to the investigation regarding lawyer Samarets, they established contact to exchange information in favor of Russia.

It is believed that Samarets was able to learn from an unidentified employee of the Makarov Machine-Building Plant data about the volumes and locations of cruise missile production. On December 24, 2023, he allegedly transferred all this information to prosecutor Kuchin through the group “Okhota.” Just five days later, on December 29, an attack was carried out on this plant. Following the assault, according to the text of the suspicion, Samarets reported to Russia about the results.

Additionally, he called for new strikes on Dnipro and Odesa.
