The inspectors compiled 5 administrative reports against him: for part 1 and part 5 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle without the proper documents and without a license again), Article 122-4 (Leaving the scene of an accident), Article 124 (Traffic violations that resulted in damage to vehicles), and part 1 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The driver was removed from operating the vehicle.
