The NACP has resumed the "Data for Declaration" feature in the Declaration Registry.

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has announced that it has resumed the "Data for Declaration" function in the Declaration Registry, which was temporarily suspended due to a large-scale cyberattack on the registries, managed by the Ministry of Justice, to which the NAPC has automated access.

Currently, declarants can generate the "Data for Declaration" certificate for 2024 and auto-fill the draft declaration for this year.

“Since the certificate for a specific reporting period can only be generated once, it is important to note that the filling of the State Register of Individuals with Information about Income (GRFIL) with data for the last quarter of 2024 is expected to continue until February 20, 2025. Therefore, before generating the certificate, please ensure that your information has already been entered into the GRFIL on the website of the State Tax Service of Ukraine,” the NAPC emphasized.

The NAPC also points out that information from the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property and the Inheritance Register, which was previously informative, will not be provided in the "Data for Declaration" certificate due to technical issues with data exchange with the relevant registries, which are managed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
