As reported by “Judicial and Legal Newspaper”, on November 25, the Ministry of Internal Affairs order No. 770, dated November 18, came into effect, which establishes the Rules for the carrying, storage, and transportation of firearms and ammunition by civilians involved in resisting and deterring armed aggression from the Russian Federation or other countries.
