The State Labor Service explains how to issue a copy of an employee's termination order.
A copy of a document is a document that contains an exact reproduction of the content or documentary information of another document and, in certain cases, some of its external characteristics. The procedure for creating, certifying, and issuing document copies is determined by the institution's record-keeping instructions.
A document copy must correspond to the original, meaning it should fully reproduce the information of the original and all its external characteristics or a part of them.
A copy gains legal force only if it is certified in the prescribed manner. The certification inscription on the copy consists of the words "According to the original," the title of the certifying person's position, their personal signature, initials, last name, and the date of certification. The certification inscription is sealed with the stamp of the relevant structural unit of the institution or with the "For Copies" stamp.
The rules for organizing record-keeping and archival storage of documents in government bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations are approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated June 18, 2015, No. 1000/5.
