On November 9, a high-ranking representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy, Josep Borrell, arrived in Ukraine. This marks his fifth visit since the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation and his last in the capacity of the EU's chief diplomat.
On November 11, Josep Borrell started his morning in Kyiv in a shelter, emphasizing that for Ukrainians, this has been a “daily reality” since the onset of the full-scale invasion by Russia.
“I begin my day in Kyiv in a shelter, as Russia launches yet another missile strike. This is a daily reality for the Ukrainian people since the full-scale invasion of Russia,” he wrote.
