Internally displaced Ukrainians can receive additional payments of 10,800 hryvnias per person. Financial support is provided by the UNHCR to citizens who meet certain vulnerability criteria.

SubscribeThe allowance is available to Ukrainians who have recently obtained IDP status (for no more than 6 months), as well as to citizens who have returned from abroad, where they were forced to flee due to military actions.
Additionally, applicants for the payments must meet vulnerability criteria:
- single-parent family - a single mother or father with children under 18 years old or elderly individuals aged 55 and older;
- families headed by elderly people (aged 55 and older) or single elderly individuals;
- families that include individuals with special needs due to disabilities, chronic illnesses, etc.
Citizens who meet the vulnerability criteria must also comply with socio-economic criteria - earning less than 5,400 hryvnias per family member per month.

Where and how to apply for payments?
Registration will take place on November 15, 2024, in the city of Zolotonosha from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the address: Shevchenko St., 70, office 5. To apply, you must have an IDP certificate, original passport, and identification code, and if available, a document confirming disability or a severe chronic illness.
