Ukrainians will need to update certain documents to avoid losing their housing subsidies or benefits for utility payments. This warning comes from the specialists at "Oblteplokommunenergo".

SubscribeTo apply for a subsidy or benefits, consumers must have properly executed contracts for utility services. These documents must be reissued immediately if the ownership of the property changes.
"In order to access all information regarding utility payment statuses, apply for a subsidy, or any other form of government assistance, the new property owner must reissue the service contracts", the message states.

- a copy of the document confirming ownership of the property — sales contract, gift deed, inheritance certificate (original and copy);
- a copy of the Extract from the State Register of Property Rights;
- technical passport (original and copy);
- certificate from the CNAP or housing management office regarding family composition.
The document package must be submitted to the service provider in person or sent by mail.
Earlier, the information portal ZNAY reported, Ukrainians will be saved from penalties and fines: who will receive assistance for settling utility debts.
