On November 25-26, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga will participate in the G7 ministerial meeting in the Italian Republic. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

On the first day of the visit, November 25, Andriy Sibiga will hold several bilateral meetings, particularly with Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, and representatives from Global South countries.

On November 26, the head of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry will take part in a special session of the G7 meeting focused on the situation in Ukraine. The agenda also includes talks with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and the foreign ministers of France Jean-Noël Barrot, Canada Melanie Joly, and Germany Annalen Baerbock.

The main topics of the meetings will include:

  • Strengthening international support for Ukraine in countering Russian aggression.
  • Response to North Korea's military cooperation with Russia.
  • Discussion of recent missile strikes on Ukraine, attacks on civilian infrastructure, and the energy system.
  • Agreements on enhancing military assistance, imposing sanctions on Russia, and implementing Ukraine's Victory Plan.

Particular attention will be given during the meetings to supporting the Peace Formula initiated by President Volodymyr Zelensky, which is based on the principles of the UN Charter.
