A man unexpectedly passed away at the Kremenchuk Military Recruitment Center after undergoing a medical examination—what we know so far.

A man has suddenly passed away at the Kremenchug District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support. This was reported by the Poltava Regional TCK.

It was noted that on March 2, around 10:20 AM, the police brought a conscripted man born in 1977 to the Kremenchug District TCK. After verifying his military registration details, he underwent a military medical commission (VLC), which deemed him fit for military service. He then remained at the TCK, awaiting transfer to a training center.

“Around 5:40 PM, his health condition sharply deteriorated—he became pale and lost consciousness. The personnel of the TCK and SP called for an ambulance and a resuscitation vehicle. Unfortunately, the resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and at 6:30 PM, death was confirmed,” the TCK reported.

A police investigative team was summoned to the scene. “According to preliminary findings, no violations in the work of the TCK and SP were identified, no physical force was applied, and there were no bodily injuries to the deceased citizen,” the statement said.

According to medical professionals, he died from acute heart failure.

The management of the TCK and SP has initiated an internal investigation to clarify all the circumstances and factors involved. Investigative actions are ongoing.
