In the Khmelnytsky region, a court has approved a plea agreement between the prosecutor and a 31-year-old resident of the Shepetivka district, who was managing Viber and Telegram channels regarding the distribution of summonses by TCC employees. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

The man has been sentenced to 5 years in prison, with a probation period of 1 year.

It was established that he not only managed the communities about the summonses but also involved others to report on the notification measures in Iziaslav and Shepetivka.

By acting in this manner, the man was fully aware that such actions obstruct the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period.

During the probation period, he is required to periodically check in with the probation authority and inform them of any changes to his residence, education, or employment.

Earlier, we reported that in Kyiv, an administrator of a Telegram channel about summonses received a 5-year prison sentence.
