A fatal bus accident occurred in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv.

A terrible traffic accident occurred in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. As a result of the collision between a “Mercedes-Benz” minibus and a “Hyundai” van, two people lost their lives, and four others were injured, including two children.

According to the State Emergency Service and the police of Kyiv, the driver and seven passengers of the bus were injured in the accident. Three of the injured, including a six-year-old child, were hospitalized.

Rescuers used hydraulic tools to extract the bodies of a man and a woman from the mangled van, who died at the scene. Another child, aged four, was successfully rescued before the emergency services arrived. He was urgently taken to the “Okhmatdyt” hospital.

Currently, law enforcement officials are investigating all circumstances and causes of the tragedy.
