As previously reported by «Judicial and Legal Newspaper», the Cabinet of Ministers, in its resolution dated November 22, 2024, No. 1332, established an average duration for the previously granted deferments from mobilization. The government determined that the deferrals from military service enlistment provided to military personnel by decisions of the Ministry of Economy until December 1, 2024, will remain valid no longer than until February 28, 2025.
Employers can rebook their employees through the Diia platform. This was highlighted by MP and member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security Oleksandr Fediienko during the RanoK.LIVE broadcast.
He emphasized that starting January 22, the option to submit applications for "same-day booking" via the Diia platform has opened up. Therefore, companies can do this independently.
The MP also added that all critically important enterprises must confirm their status by February 28, 2025.
If a company fails to confirm its status as a critical enterprise, its employees will not be exempted from mobilization.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Defense Serhii Melnyk stated that the legislation does not provide for a deferment of mobilization measures during the booking process.
Additionally, «Judicial and Legal Newspaper» reported that the Cabinet allowed the booking of all clergy, categorizing religious organizations as critically important. Moreover, the salary threshold for religious organizations has been removed.
Furthermore, it was reported that in another resolution, the Cabinet established new criteria under which charitable organizations and enterprises supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine can obtain booking.
As a reminder, the criteria for enterprises in the defense industry complex to obtain "economically important" status for booking their employees have been updated.
