The Inspection Activity Management in Vinnytsia region explains the liability for employers for violations concerning the organization of medical examinations for employees.
Employers face administrative liability for failing to properly organize medical examinations for employees (part 5 of article 41 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses).
This entails fines for employees ranging from four to ten non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (68 -170 UAH) and for officials of enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of their ownership forms, as well as for citizens engaged in entrepreneurial activities, ranging from twenty to forty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (from 340 to 680 UAH).
