Hourly power outages will be in effect until the end of the day, according to Ukrenergo.

On December 25, due to a massive shelling by Russia, hourly power outages will be implemented until the end of the day. This was reported by Ukrenergo.

As a result of the attack, energy facilities have been damaged, necessitating the introduction of consumption restrictions.

Currently, emergency recovery operations have begun at all sites where the security situation allows. The energy workers are doing everything possible to restore the damaged equipment as quickly as possible, the company added.

Ukrenergo requests that multiple high-power electrical devices not be turned on simultaneously.

"The schedules for the forced application of restrictions can be found on the website and the official pages of the regional energy companies on social media," Ukrenergo reported.

It was previously reported that Russia struck thermal power plants, causing significant damage to the equipment.
