It often happens that Ukrainians cannot locate their parcels sent via "Ukrposhta." They seem to "magically" disappear, never reaching the recipient.

SubscribeAnother complaint regarding the national postal operator was left by a Ukrainian under a post on Facebook.
To her surprise, she noticed that her parcel had not moved from the point of dispatch for a whole 18 days. The customer even initiated a search, but to no avail.
"The request was submitted 13 days ago + complaint - search for 9 days. What will you come up with next, excuses? Are you doing anything? I will refuse to let anyone work with your postal service. The search for the parcel yielded no results, leading the woman to conclude that "Ukrposhta" is simply mocking its customers.
"I submitted a search request and got no results! Where is your work??? First a request, then a complaint, you are just mocking people. If you can't find it, then refund the money!!!" - she added.
"Ukrposhta" responded that the request had been registered, and the inquiry was supposedly under review; however, this does not change the fact that the customer has been unable to receive her parcel for almost a month.
