Ukrainians should pay attention to the changes in subsidy calculation rules: now certain state payments, particularly "Winter Support" and "National Cashback," are excluded from the total family income, reports the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

SubscribeAccording to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution, starting from 2025:
- "Winter Support" and "National Cashback" will no longer be considered when determining the total family income.
- Similar changes apply to programs related to cashless payment for goods under the "Made in Ukraine" initiative.
This means that recipients of these payments have a better chance of receiving subsidies, as their income will appear lower in calculations.
The new rules only concern housing subsidies. State assistance that was previously included in total income will no longer hinder the receipt of benefits.

Unfortunately, the minimum subsistence level in 2025 will remain unchanged at 2920 UAH. This may complicate the situation for those who do not receive additional assistance, as the rise in utility tariffs remains a significant burden.
