The price of cucumbers in Ukraine has been increasing for four consecutive weeks. Experts believe that the latest price hike is linked to a decrease in supply from local farms, as many facilities have completed their seasonal sales, and the remaining ones are selling vegetables in small batches. At the same time, there remains a high demand for cucumbers in the domestic market, which is driving prices up.
