On February 6, emergency power outage schedules were implemented in many regions of Ukraine, and it has been reported whether they will continue on February 7.

The power outage schedules began to be introduced on February 6, 2025.
According to "Ukrenergo," as of 9 AM on February 6, the electricity consumption level was 1.3% higher than the previous day.
Due to damage inflicted by the enemy army through missile and drone attacks on electricity generation and transmission facilities, emergency outages were implemented in Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk (partially), and Cherkasy (partially) regions.
As noted by "Poltavaoblenergo," power outage schedules have been applied in the region.
"Dear consumers! By order of NEC 'Ukrenergo,' at 09:16 on February 6, a command was received to implement the first stage of GАO," the message states.
According to "Sumyoblenergo," emergency outage schedules have been introduced in the region.
By order of NEC "Ukrenergo," today from 09:11, power outage schedules in Sumy region are in effect for the first stage.
Emergency outages were reported by "Kirovogradoblenergo."
Due to the simultaneous introduction of power outage schedules and emergency outages, the duration without electricity will be extended, so preparations should be made for power outage schedules on February 7, 2025.
As reported by DTEK, by order of "Ukrenergo," emergency outages are being applied in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
Despite this, in several regions, emergency power outage schedules were introduced on the morning of February 3 due to overloads in the power grid, and emergency power outage schedules were implemented on February 4.
